Full Soapland Booking Rules | Please Read Before You Book
These are the spots where things most often go wrong after booking — two minutes of reading saves a lot of trouble. Completing a booking means you've read and agreed to these rules.
1. Chat history & support account
- Don't turn on auto-delete for chats: your booking is verified against the chat history. If the record is gone and can't be checked, it's treated as a cancellation on your side.
- Don't block or delete support: support only confirms and coordinates your booking — no spam, no upselling.
- If you delete or block support, or the chat can't be verified, it counts as your cancellation; any deposit/booking fee paid is non-refundable, and you'll need to pay again to rebook.
2. Bookings | Double confirmation
Every booking is confirmed twice so slots and staff can be scheduled reliably:
- First confirmation | the day before: reply to confirm by 21:00 Japan time. If you don't reply in time, or confirm but don't show up on the day, the booking is void.
- Second confirmation | on the day: confirm again 2 hours ahead (Japan time).
Missing either confirmation counts as a cancellation and the deposit is not refunded. If you still want to go after cancelling, you can only turn up and choose from whoever is available — your original slot and person can't be held.
3. Flights / travel exceptions
If flights or connections genuinely stop you from confirming online on time, tell us in advance and pay in full as a deposit to hold the slot; once your booking checks out at the shop, the deposit is refunded in full. If your schedule is unusual, let us know early.
4. About the companions
- Mutual respect is the baseline. No hitting, coercion or threats; no photos or video without consent, and absolutely no secret filming.
- Filming: shops generally don't allow it. If you really want to, ask before you start and pay the shop's fee; even if you're willing to pay, she can say no — her call.
- Last-minute absence / staff changes: if your booked companion suddenly can't make it, we'll contact you right away: if you're fine with someone else we'll arrange it; if not, you'll be refunded as appropriate. Just talk it through calmly.
5. Pickup & room arrangements
- Pickup: usually a shared car, not a private one — be ready a little before the agreed time. If the shop is running late they'll find an alternative; if you end up taking a taxi in line with the shop's rules, the shop reimburses the fare.
- Rooms: if the specified room type is suddenly full, you may be moved to a comparable room nearby. That's normal scheduling — your companion stays the same.
6. Fees & payment
- Book when you have the funds. To lock in a slot or companion in advance, you'll need to pay in full. A single settlement rate applies: ¥1 = RMB 0.05 (e.g. ¥10,000 = RMB 500).
- Bring enough cash. Paying by card in the shop may carry about a 30% fee; if you run short and go to an ATM mid-way, the waiting time counts toward your session per shop rules.
- Proxy payment: if paying yourself is inconvenient, someone can pay on your behalf; the proxy fee is 10%.
- Deposit details follow support's "Booking deposit terms"; pay only through official channels.
7. A reminder before you leave
Before you go, check for your phone, wallet, ID and keys. If you ask the shop to look for something after you've left, per shop rules there may be a check fee equivalent to about RMB 100.
Final reminder
Before booking, run through your timing, itinerary, budget and the rules above. Completing a booking means you've read and understood them. 18+ only; amounts and details are as stated by the shop/official channels on the day.
