How I Booked Okubo Outcall During My Nights in Shinjuku
Stay near Shinjuku/Okubo and the companion comes to you — no trek across town to Yoshiwara. How to read the cards, how to wait and what to watch for, all in one post.

My schedule was packed and I didn't want to ride out to Taito Ward at night, so I chose outcall: hotel in Shinjuku/Okubo, companion comes to me.
Who's it for? Anyone with a hotel near Shinjuku, Okubo or Kabukicho, or with a tight schedule who doesn't want to go to Yoshiwara in person.
How to choose: open our Tokyo outcall page and look at the “On duty today” list and profile cards. The yellow box gives the recommendation, the ★ next to the name is the price tier, with RMB “w” prices for 60/90/120 minutes below.
Tap through for photo carousels and details. I treat card prices as a reference and always get a confirmed total from support before booking. A few (e.g. Sae) have different duration tiers from the usual three — follow the card.
On the day I check in first and wait in my room. Room number goes only through the booking channel — never to random DMs.
Time usually starts when you meet, so punctuality matters — being late only costs you.
And the bottom line: no secret photos, no pressure; if you're uncomfortable you can clearly end it. Having fun requires both sides to be comfortable.
